By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Definitions
“Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Mingxi Digital.
“Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual or business engaging our services.
“Services” refers to web development, SEO, GEO optimization, consulting, and all related deliverables provided by Mingxi Digital.
Services Provided
Mingxi Digital provides:
• Website building (WordPress / Framer)
• SEO & GEO optimization
• Website audits & technical improvements
• Digital strategy and consulting
All services are delivered based on a mutually agreed scope of work or proposal.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and timely project information
• Supply required content, assets, or access credentials
• Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
Failure to provide content or information may delay timelines.
Fees & Payment
All fees will be outlined in a formal proposal or invoice.
Payment terms:
• Deposits (if required) must be paid before work begins
• Remaining balances are due upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services
All payments are non-refundable once work has begun, unless stated otherwise in the proposal.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
• Websites and deliverables built for clients become the client’s property upon full payment
• Custom design, templates, or proprietary processes remain the property of Mingxi Digital
• Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use delivered materials for business purposes
We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the engagement.
This obligation continues even after the collaboration ends.
Liability
Mingxi Digital is not liable for:
• Losses caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, plugins, or technical failures
• Indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost revenue, downtime)
• Issues arising from changes or modifications made by the client or third parties
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
Revisions & Scope Changes
Revisions are limited to what is described in the proposal.
Additional changes or new requests may require a separate fee or extended timeline.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice.
The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of China, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
